AMAOPS Summer Executive Board Meeting
AMAOPS Fall Executive Board Meeting
was held on Wednesday, October 6, 2009 at Meadow Lake Country Club in New Bloomfield, MO.
It was decided at this meeting that AMAOPS will pay the following cost to AAOA Convention 2009:
for (2) two SAA reps from KCOM and KCUMB, DElegate fee, installation luncheon fee and $75.00.
For AMAOPS delegates, delegate fee, installation luncheon fee and $50.00 per day of meeting attended.
Also, that AMAOPS will pay $100.00 to AAOA for a Tee Sponsor for the 2009 AAOA Convention
with funds raised at the AMAOPS Annual Meeting.

AMAOPS Winter Executive Board Meeting
was held on January 20, 2010 in Jefferson City, MO at
the MAOPS office.
It was decided that our donations for this year from the proceeds at our previous convention would be as follows:
MAOPS Convention expenses.........$3000.00
William Wetzel Foundation.............$1200.00
AAOA Delegate..............................$1000.00
KCOM SAA................................................$500.00
KCUMB ........................................................$500.00
AAOA Tee Sponsor Fee.................................$100.00
AMAOPS Membership.................................$1000.00
